Co-Founder & Director

Rich has more than 16 years of experience designing and delivering projects that improve the lives of families, students, and communities. His work spans homes, early learning and schools, community buildings, social housing, and specialist disability accommodation. United by a commitment to creating spaces that foster independence, agency, and quality of life. Through research, spatial data, and co-design, Rich works with clients and end-users to transform complex challenges into meaningful outcomes.
